"As you can see in the photos, the studio is clean and well-equipped with everything. I recommend Yunee the instructor to anybody who is serious about core strengthening and getting excellent professional work-out that is tailored to your individual needs and goals. For me, since I have specific pain in my neck and shoulder, Yunee makes sure she gets constant feedback from me what works and doesn't for my comfort level. When I was taking group reformer classes, I would get injuries without realizing until a day or two later. But in Yunee's private classes, she prioritizes safety without compromising a work-out regimen. In fact, you don't go to her for an easy work-out. You go to her so you leave feeling like you worked really hard and she kicked your butt (of course figuratively speaking, like a good sports coach would). So, if you are ready to transform yourself to become stronger physically, give Yunee a try!"
